Recently, our Resident Experience Specialists (RES) came together for a powerful, Associate-led training session designed to sharpen skills and strengthen our community focus. As the backbone of our communities, RES play a vital role every day — supporting leasing efforts, assisting maintenance with work orders, and serving as the first point of connection for many Residents. This session went beyond the basics. Associates engaged in: Practical approaches to working with Prospects and Residents Role-playing real-world scenarios to build confidence Sharing encouragement and best practices to support one another By the end of the session, our team walked away with fresh tools for their roles and a renewed sense of connection — to their work, to their fellow Associates, and to the Residents they serve.
