Bayshore would love to have your pets at our Greenwood apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, although we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly fee for pet owners.

Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, Bayshore and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new rental.

No, we do not let Residents prepay their full lease terms. Rent is to be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
A security deposit is required at lease inception. The amount will be based on the review of your application screening. Bayshore Apartments also offers a non-refundable deposit alternative.
